- Personality matters as they want them to be kind to staff, no large egos, strong management and mentoring skills
- Looking for someone with technical and business development skills that can build a book of business if they’re not bringing one with them
- Must be collaborative and work well with others
- Top 20 CPA firm, experience with multiple offices
- Accomplishments: CPA is a must, Master in Tax is good to have (not a must), MBA is a good to have (not a must), published professional is good, and a national speaker is another good to have. The good-to-haves show their commitment to the industry.
- Experience with the following industries: construction, real estate, technology, healthcare, and dealership highly desirable
- 10+ years of Public Accounting experience & must have local network
- No out of state candidates
