The Accounts Payable Analyst/Coupa Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Coupa platform to support Company’s procurement and financial operations. This includes system configuration, integration oversight, user support, and continuous improvement of procurement workflows in line with organizational and industry best practices. This is a hybrid role with three days in office in the Biltmore area and with a salary of $70,000 - $100,000 depending on education and experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Coupa system configurations including user roles, workflows, forms, and master data.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, and Finance to assess business requirements and implement effective Coupa solutions.
• Provide user support, system training, and troubleshooting for Coupa-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Set up and maintain approval workflows (DOA), punchout catalogs, payment terms, PO terms, invoice tolerances, and other system parameters.
• Facilitate supplier onboarding and support vendor enablement processes.
• Support invoice integrations and PO customizations using cXML.
• Conduct system testing (unit, regression, and UAT) for new features and integrations.
• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards as needed.
• Provide audit support and liaise with Coupa support or vendors when necessary.
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma and 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required.
• 3+ years of experience working with Coupa required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field not required but is a plus.
• Coupa Administrator certifications a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in P2P Indirect Procurement environments.
• Proven track record managing key Coupa administrator tasks, including configuration of chart of accounts, approval chains, purchase order customizations, tax codes, and PO transmission methods.
